Description
The festival bubbles over all summer long with the Detours Cyphers: the very essence of the festival!
From July to September, Cyphers take place every Wednesday in the center of Brussels and in various FWB towns (Namur, Liège, Mons, La Louvière) and international destinations (Lille - France, Goma - DRC, Casablanca - Morocco)!
They are divided into 3 parts:
An open stage open to all
A street performance: a creation designed for the street, featuring dance, circus and street art.
A dance battle in a different style every week
Over the years, these events have become a focal point for the Belgian hip-hop scene.
They are the driving force behind encounters and cross-fertilization of artistic disciplines to create unique performances!
The final of these battles brings together the winners of each week on the large stage of the Théâtre National Wallonie Bruxelles, for a colorful closing evening of the festival!
